The performance of our product starts with the quality of the raw materials used. We purchase coils from the best European and Asian steel mills, according to standard or special technical specifications. Upon arrival of the raw material at the plant, we verify compliance with the required technical specifications.

Packaging
Straight tubes are packaged in hexagonal bundles of 600mm or 300mm depending on the tube diameter..
Coiled tubes are supplied in coils of maximum height 600mm on wooden pallets, or on special stainless steel reels that allow for a coil height of up to 1500mm.

Special packaging
Upon customer request, a series of variants to the standard packaging can be defined:

With plastic protection;
With protection under the metal strapping, to avoid contact with the tube;
With wooden support to prevent deformation during handling;
In wooden crates.

These variants can be agreed upon with the customer on a case-by-case basis depending on the destination, tube dimensions, and applications.

DIMENSIONAL TOLERANCES

To ensure maximum precision in product tolerances, in addition to visual inspections carried out by specialized personnel, continuous dimensional checks are performed: in particular, we check and record the outer diameter and ovality.
Upon specific customer requests, we produce products with special dimensional tolerances.
